About RabitFlow
RabitFlow is a small, independent team building tools for people who take newsletters seriously — operators who care as much about their unsubscribe rate as their open rate, and who'd rather send one good email than five forgettable ones.
Why we exist
Most modern email tools optimise for volume. That's reasonable if you're running enterprise marketing automation, but it's the wrong default for a newsletter, a community update, or a partner digest. We wanted something calmer: a workspace where the friction is on the side of sending less, not more, and where every audience action — subscribe, opt-in, opt-out — is treated as a real signal worth honouring.
What we believe
- Consent is the product. A list without clear permission isn't an asset, it's a liability.
- Frequency is a quality decision. Most newsletters would improve by sending less, not more.
- Unsubscribe is a feature. The easier we make it, the more trust we earn for the messages people stay for.
- Small teams deserve serious tools. Deliverability, suppression handling and lifecycle automation shouldn't be enterprise-only.
How we work
RabitFlow is a distributed team across Europe. We ship small updates often, talk to operators every week, and avoid roadmap promises we can't keep. The product itself is built on boring, durable technology — Postgres, queues, a simple web client — because newsletter infrastructure should outlast trends.
Where we are
We're currently in a closed early-access programme. New operators are onboarded in small batches; you can join the queue from the contact page. If you're already a RabitFlow customer, drop us a line at hello@rabitflow.com any time.
Communications policy
Our own newsletter goes out roughly once a fortnight and includes a one-click unsubscribe link in every issue. You can also opt out at any time from our unsubscribe page — requests are processed within 48 hours.
